Or, you can submit a mail-in registration, by printing the registration form below, filling out completely, and mailing along with a certified check, cashier's check, or money order made payable to: The Salon Spa Training Institute, c/o Terri Rowland, P.O. Box 51074, Durham, NC 27717.
Please mail your certified check or money order at least one week in advance before your chosen course.
Course Refund Policy: A Face-to-Face Course refund request must be made no later than one week in advance from the course date. If you submitted a mail-in registration (via certified check, cashier's check or money order), your refund will be mailed to you with no surcharge. If you paid for a face-to-face course via PayPal, you will be charged a 6.9% surcharge for refund processing.
